I’ve found that calling registered clients will result in hiring answers and or whether a client is really trying to gain employment. After going through my listing of people whom I have interviewed and registered for the NC Works program, I find that if one doesn’t check back to see if progress is being made, the individual will assume that we don’t care. From listening to some of the “thank you for checking back” individuals, I feel good knowing I have gone the extra mile to ensure that this organization stays number one in customer service.
